MichelleMichelle, LMT

Massage is something that has changed my own life and I want the same thing for everyone that I come into contact with. My intention is healing touch, and focusing on making you feel better physically and energetically. By using multiple techniques in a session, I attune the massage to not only accomplish your personal focus, but also find adhesions, tightness, and stress that may go unnoticed. I care deeply about helping others feel their best and it is a blessing to help others in such a compassionate way. I graduated from The Healing Arts Center in October of 2016, but I plan on broadening my education in massage for the rest of my life to assure the proper technique of healing for everybody.

JackieJackie, LMT

I desire to support a balance in each client by inspiring a gentle awareness of their physical & energetic bodies. My studies are in Swedish, Myofascial, Reiki, Pranic Healing, & Deep Touch, focusing on an integration of all these. I enjoy being a part of the healing process of each person, and am blessed to continually grow in knowledge and spirit.

DarakDarek,LMT

Darek is a licensed massage therapist, offering a range of therapeutic modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, and myofascial release–a gentle yet effective technique involving the slow release of accumulated tension from muscles, fascia, and connective tissues. Having practiced movement arts for over 15 years, Darek understands the needs of active bodies as well as the importance of integrating body, mind, and spirit in our daily lives and practices. He approaches each massage with care and respect for the individual’s needs and comfort level.

JayneJayne, LMT

Offering bodywork for pain relief, rehabilitation, personal renewal, or simple relaxation, Jayne takes a holistic approach to your health and healing. By empowering you to take charge of your body and understand it’s self-healing capabilities, Jayne can help you uncover the mental, emotional, and physical blocks that are keeping you from your true healing – and living – potential. Jayne offers CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial, Usui and Karuna Reiki, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Reflexology.

RachelRachel, LMT

Rachel is a 2000 graduate of Missouri College. She has continued her massage education in the areas of Reflexology, Pranic Healing, and Aromatherapy. Her approach with each client is a deep understanding of the mind/body/emotion connection. Rachel continues to pursue modalities that tap into that connection, like the Emotional Freedom Technique, which helps to release used up energy from the body. Rachel’s philosophy is that each session is client-driven and the focus is to restore and achieve balance.

Jim newJim, LMT

Jim Sullivan has been passionate about the human potential movement and holistic healing for over 20 years.   He became a massage therapist in 1993. His focus soon became classical Osteopathic based treatments.   An inquisitive student and avid learner, he devoured every course in this field of study and it became a major part of his practice. By 2000, he attended the Advanced CranioSacral Therapy (CST) course and became a presenter for the Upledger Institute.   He also studied several other Osteopathic systems to add range and depth to his therapy repertoire, including Total Body Balancing (TBB), Zero Balancing (ZB), Lymphatic Drainage, Visceral Manipulation, and Strain Counter Strain. To balance the structural aspect of Jim’s work he earned  a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 1997 as well as a certification in Qi Gong therapies (Similar to Tai Chi, a 3 year program).

Therapy Description
Total Body Balance (TBB) is the cornerstone of Jim’s Orthopedic based bodywork. Developed by John Wernham D.O. and modernized by Kerry  D’Ambrogio D.O.,  it is the perfect system to evaluate and begin treatment.  After starting treatment, Jim can then flow between other systems like CranioSacral Therapy or Zero Balancing, depending on the client’s needs. Total Body Balance is a rhythmic mobilization to release tension in the fascia, muscle, joints and even nerves, arteries, and lymphatics.  The treatment leaves the client with reduction in pain and a unique sense of freedom in the body and joints.  The client also experiences a new sense of balance and harmony in the body that optimizes wellness and healing.  CST is a gentle but powerful hands-on therapy, with roots in osteopathy, affecting the brain, spinal cord and nerves. This deep effect can remove the root cause of a wide range of health issues and pain. Such issues as back pain, neck pain, headaches, emotional trauma, stress, and depression are examples of the health concerns CST can treat.

emmaEmma,LMT

I believe that everyone is very different, physically, emotionally and energetically. With this belief and a passion for healing, I customize my work to each client, using Reiki during every massage.
I graduated from The Healing Arts Center in 2015, and became a Reiki Master that same year. I also am trained in Myofascial Release, Swedish, Therapeutic, and Deep Tissue massage.
