Welcome Tiffanie, Holistic’s Naturopathic Physician

Now seeing clients at Holistic Fitness

She can help you heal, Naturally!

We are excited to announce that Tiffanie Jones, Naturopathic Physician, is joining our team at Holistic Fitness.  Tiffanie will see clients at Holistic on Thursdays.

Tiffanie trained at Bastyr University , which is a highly respected Naturopathy training program.  She shares our belief that the most important approach to healing the body is through nutrition, and making proper, informed choices—-Healthy food is our most important medicine.    She understands holistic therapies as well as modern medical options, and can help guide clients in choosing their best available remedies.  Tiffanie also does live blood cell analysis to help understand underlying physical conditions.

What’s a Naturopathic Physician?

Naturopathic physicians combine the wisdom of nature with the rigors of modern science. Steeped in traditional healing methods, principles and practices, naturopathic medicine focuses on holistic, proactive prevention and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment.

What’s a Session Like?

Your first session is an in-depth discussion, so that Tiffanie can assess your health and background.  You will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire before your first appointment—being thorough will help Tiffanie understand important information about your case. During your session, she will review health information and provide initial personalized health recommendations along with educational materials.

Follow up sessions will involve discussing which therapies you’ve begun, and how you are feeling.  Tiffanie can modify the treatment strategy if improvements aren’t progressing as expected.

How often will I Need to See Tiffanie?

Naturopathic Medicine is slightly different than other therapies like acupuncture and chiropractic.  Weekly sessions  usually aren’t necessary.  Depending on the level of your symptoms, you may need to see Tiffanie only once a month, or more often if your symptoms are severe.

What is live blood cell analysis?

With consent, one drop of blood is taken from the finger to observe via a microscope and monitor screen – this is done with the client in the room, for maximal learning and opportunities for questions.  This test can help to gain insight of nutritional and health status for improving diet and supplement regimens.  Click here to watch Tiffanie’s video on all the fascinating things your blood analysis can demonstrate regarding your health (scroll to the bottom of the page after clicking). My friend went to a Naturopath, and ended up on too many expensive supplements.  Will that happen with Dr. Jones?

Not at all—Tiffanie’a approach is to help you improve your health affordably.  In fact, she finds that some clients are already taking more supplements than they need when they first come to see her.  She can tailor her advice to fit your budget.

What are the costs to see Tiffanie?

Initial Consultation: 1 hour ($125)

Follow-Up Consultations: 30 minutes ($75)

Online or phone consultation- 15 minutes – 1 hr ($30-125)

Live Blood Cell Analysis: 30 minutes ($75)

I’m not available Thursdays when Tiffanie is at Holistic.  How can I see her?

If we have enough requests for alternate days, Tiffanie can expand or slightly modify her schedule.  Also, she does rotate to different health clinics throughout the St Louis area.  Check out her website—you can still see her elsewhere if our times don’t work for you.
